Business Health Diagnostic

This is a simple way to step back and look at how your business is actually functioning across the areas that matter.

You go through four sections:

  • Operations & Systems

  • Content & Visibility

  • Marketing & Positioning

  • Sales & Pipeline

Each section has a set of questions. You score each one from 1–5 based on what’s actually true, not what you’d like to be true.

As you fill it in, the results update automatically.

What you get from it

At the end, you’ll see:

  • Your total score

  • A breakdown of how each area is performing

  • Whether your business is balanced or uneven

  • Where things are working well

  • Where things are likely slowing you down

It also highlights patterns—for example:

  • strong marketing but weak sales

  • good visibility but unclear positioning

  • solid demand but weak operations

Those combinations matter more than any single score.

How to use it properly

This works best if you:

  • answer honestly (not aspirationally)

  • don’t overthink each question

  • complete all sections in one sitting

Once you’ve filled it out:

  1. Look at the lowest scoring area

  2. Check if the business is balanced or not

  3. Read the summary to understand what’s actually happening

  4. Pick one or two areas to focus on first
